Nohava Ranch is a 30+ year family owned and operated cattle ranch based in Northwest Iowa and Eastern North Dakota. Our pasture-raised Scottish Highland x Longhorn beef cattle cross results in a lean, high-protein beef.

We ship fresh beef directly to your doorstep from our ranch. Orders are dispatched every Tuesday in eco-friendly insulated coolers with dry ice, ensuring delivery within 1–2 days.
