As a member of the Nohava Ranch Reserve, you are guaranteed beef year round - even when inventory is sold out on the website! When you subscribe to the NR Reserve, we’ll send you a rotating selection of our pasture-raised beef, every 45 days. Simply choose your box style (Ground Beef Only, Homegrown Favorites, or Heritage Cuts) and frequency. Our Nohava Ranch Reserve Subscription Boxes can be cancelled, swapped or paused at any time.

Ground Beef Only: 15lbs of our Dry-Aged Ground Beef

All of our ground beef comes frozen in vacuumed sealed 1lb packages designed for long term freezer storage.  

What makes our ground beef different? All of our ground beef is one cow origin, dry aged for a minimum of 14 days, and flash frozen in vacuum sealed packages.

Homegrown Favorites: 1 Roast, 2lbs of Beef Tips, 6lbs of Ground Beef, 2 Steaks (Rancher's Choice of New York Strips, Ribeyes, or Sirloins (all cut at 1.75 inch thickness)) 12 POUNDS OF BEEF
