Our 1/4 Share supplies enough meat to support a family of four for about four months, equating to approximately 70 meals!

Offering a diverse selection of cuts, this share ensures your family's satisfaction. We recommend getting a small stand-alone freezer for this share, as you'll need approximately 5+ cubic feet of freezer space. The 1/4 Beef Share comprises of approximately 100 pounds of meat and includes the following cuts: (Below are approximate quantities of what you'll receive in 1/4 Beef Share)

- 50lbs of Dry Aged Ground Beef

- 20 Dry Aged Hamburger Steak Patties

- 5 Dry-Aged Roasts

- 6 Sirloin Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 6 New York Strip Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 6 Ribeye Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 4 Flat Iron Steaks

- 4 Filet Mignon 

- 4 Packages of Prime Rib Beef Jerky (5-6oz resealable packages)

- 8 Jalapeno Bratwursts

- 8 Bacon Cheddar Bratwursts

- 8lbs Beef Tips
