We recommend getting a small stand-alone freezer for this share, as you'll need approximately 5+ cubic feet of freezer space. The 1/4 Beef Share comprises of approximately 100 pounds of meat and includes the following cuts: (Below are approximate quantities of what you'll receive in 1/4 Beef Share)

- 45lbs Ground Beef

- 36 Hamburger Patties

- 5 Roasts

- 6 Sirloin Steaks

- 6 New York Strip Steaks

- 6 Ribeye Steaks

- 6 Packs of Beef Sticks (ranchers choice)

- 8lbs Beef Tips
