1/8 Beef Share

Our 1/8 Beef Share provides enough meat to sustain a family of four for approximately two months. Offering a diverse selection of cuts, this share ensures your family's satisfaction. To store, you'll need approximately 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space, which can be accommodated by a standard kitchen freezer (these usually range from 5-6 cubic feet). The 1/8 Beef Share includes approximately 52lbs of meat in the following cuts:

- 18 lbs of Dry Aged Ground Beef

- 12 Dry Aged Hamburger Steak Patties (four 5oz. patties per package)

- 3 Dry-Aged Roasts (2.5-3lbs each)

- 4 Premium Sirloin Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 4 Premium New York Strip Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 4 Premium Ribeye Steaks (cut at 1.75 inch thick) 

- 3 Packages of Prime Rib Beef Jerky (5-6oz resealable packages)

- 6lbs Beef Tips
