We recommend getting a stand-alone freezer for this beef share, as you'll need approximately 10+ cubic feet of freezer space.

To ensure you get exactly what you want, we’ll provide you with a cut sheet for your side of beef so you can customize your order to your preferences. This will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your initial deposit.

The 1/2 Beef Share comprises of approximately 165-185 pounds of meat and includes the following cuts: (Below are approximate quantities of what you'll receive in half a beef)

- 70-85lbs Ground Beef

- 72 Hamburger Patties

- 8 Roasts

- 8 Sirloin Steaks

- 12 New York Strip Steaks

- 12 Ribeye Steaks 

- 8 Filet Mignon 

- Beef Tips

- 1 Brisket

- 1 Tri-Tip 

-Packages of the following cuts if you choose too: Short Rib, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Heart, Liver, Tongue, etc.

*Will substitute for greater or equal value if a certain cut is out of stock.
