Its hard to find quality beef and I was getting tired of paying a good price for marginal beef, then we stumbled across Nohava ranch, what a god send. Its refreshing to see a family work hard at keeping beef clean, great tasting and genetically consistent. Fantastic beef! Deep red, excellent texture, and a phenomenal taste from Scottish Highlands prairie-raised cattle. Small enterprise, personal attention, and STELLAR INTEGRITY. I almost want to keep it a secret so I can always get some!
