Offering a diverse selection of cuts, this share ensures your family's satisfaction. We recommend getting a stand-alone freezer for this share, as you'll need approximately 20+ cubic feet of freezer space.

To ensure you get exactly what you want, we’ll provide you with a cut sheet for your whole beef so you can customize your order to your preferences. 

The Whole Beef Share comprises of approximately 315-350 pounds of meat and includes the following cuts: (Below are approximate quantities of what you'll receive in Whole Beef Share)

- 175-200lbs Ground Beef

- 144 Hamburger Patties

- 16 Roasts

- 16 Sirloin Steaks

- 24 New York Strip Steaks

- 24 Ribeye Steaks

- 16 Filet Mignon 

- Beef Tips

- 2 Briskets

- 2 Tri-tips

- Packages of one of the following cuts if you choose too: Short Rib, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Heart, Liver, Tongue, etc.

**FINAL DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED AT TIME OF PICK UP/DELIVERY DISPATCH**
